| What did you see dancing on the pitch at half time.
What did the flyers promote as you went into the ground
I suspect you will be complaining about the Skolars having a stand inside the east stand bar will you.

| Not at all mate what I am saying is Quins rah rah got there foot in the door first!maybe I need to change the wording of my post! having just moved down south I realise that there a lot of people banging the drum for RL at amateur level and I am surprised at how big the grass roots game is down here I feel the Quins need to really tap into the market that last nights crowd provided. I am firstly a Rugby League fan and secondly a Warrington fan and there are few people that would love to see the Quins grow and become a major force both on and off the pitch.

| I went last night and I really enjoyed the game, the stadium is a great rugby ground too.
But to be honest I was also suprised that the only flyers I saw were for RU.
They should of had stands set up selling Quins RL season tickets to catch those London based RL fans.
I bought my ticket on the night and they didn't even take any of my details, I honestly thought they would have been building their database full of addresses to send out info to promote the Quins/free tickets for next season.

What was all that about? The stand was branded as a Harlequins RL stand, yet it was Skolars. Madness.

| Yes, I was disappointed. Could we not have had the british players promoting the club as the Skolars did, presumably they were there! I was speechless that they let this potential support slip through their fingers. At least we could have tried to get them tp come for the WCC challenge match. Just using the database (which they will get from the RFL) is not enough. Face to face contact is irreplaceable.

| Same old ...same old. Missed the boat again - were they all on holiday after the stressful season they've had trying and failing to promote the game.

| My thoughts from the game... Firstly, wasnt the reason of holding the test at the Stoop to promote London RL? We could have held the game back at Loftus Rd, pulled a few extra thousand bums on seats.
I am a regular at the Stoop (and an Australian). I took with me a dozen friends, several have been out to the Stoop for Quins games, 7 of the guys were first timers and league fans. 5 of the guys didnt even realise that Quins played in SL out of the stoop.
I was severly dissapointed in the promotion of the Quins RL brand, and SL in london in general. Being a regular, I went out of my way to find anything about season tickets, or future league events being held in London.
The only imformation I was given or could find were the Quins RU info, Skolars info desk (which had the Quins RL branding behind it) and the RFL's ticket discount for the final. Now considering I went out of my way to find some information about a brand I am aware of, what chance do we have of getting the fans to return to watch Quins who have little idea of their existense?
1. No use of big screen for TVC's promoting Quins RL
2. No use of grounds PA promoting Quins RL
3. I didnt buy a program, was there any mention or call to action for Quins RL?
4. No visible Quins RL branding, ticketing information, general club info.
Once again, a huge opportunity missed. There were 12,000 potential fans there, and we didnt take the opportunity while we had there attention on the day. Fair enough we may get there details for the future, but it is too late by then.
Very dissapointed. The RFL and Quins could have done far better.

It probably was the drunkest crowd I have ever been a part of in terms of football... Looked more like a cricket ODI in certain sections.

| Take your point about lack of printed material but ground announcements were made on at least three occassions about QRL playing at the Stoop. One of the announcements introduced the Hearts who were on the field at half time in the QRL kit.
Maybe you were all in the bar!

Didn't hear any. Went to the khazis at half time. Why nothing over the sound system in there? They usually have that completely pointless radio show in there, why not something promoting the club?
