Barney has passed the coach trips to me and the last realistic one (apart from the play offs and grand final

) looks like a trip to Odslum as it is a Sunday (2nd August). If you have never been to this literally hole in the ground it is an experience and the pork pies in the Top House pub are something else.

Rather than the Stoop I propose a pick up at Staines station. 1 - it is much closer to the M25, 2 - if you are coming by train you haven't got a 10 minute walk to the Stoop and it is on the same line as Twickenham a couple of stops on. 3 if you are coming by car plenty of places to park. There will also be a pick up at Northampton Services subject to demand.

Does Staines have as good a service as Twickenham does on a Sunday?

It has a good service of around 4/5 an hour on a Sunday and last one back into Waterloo is 23.39.

Staines seems like a good option to me.

Staines service is on the very good feltham line.

I'm up there for the weekend anyway - don't care about the result or the god-awful ground, anything's better than having to trudge round Haworth at the height of the tourist season!!!!!

I would have thought as supporters make it to the stoop for game days, and have made it there for the trips GF has run then the answer is obvious ....

If it went to Staines then that would be the difference between me being able to go or not.

I appreciate this will confirm the coach will 100% depart from The Stoop but oh well

Plenty of on street (residential) free parking around Staines station. And its in the Waterloo/Reading main line
