So a commercial deal with an option for a second year. A deal that solves a dilemma for the RFL. A bribe tends to suggest an illegal hidden payment. Where was it hidden?

If TK freely admitted to receiving a marketing budget then he didn't do a very good job of keeping the bribe a secret. Unless of cause it wasn't a bribe but a marketing budget.
The question is where is your evidence that this marketing budget is the reason for a possible renegotiation of Broncos stay because so far I've seen nothing to back this up. Don't you think poor attendances and relegation might have more to do with the relationship between Hive and Broncos?

I never said it was the reason for the renegotiation. I simply said AK/The Hive weren't happy to continue with 2014's arrangement into 2015. Relegation and crowds were bolted on when the first deal was done by the way....that's why the deal was for ONE YEAR.

The calls for "proof/evidence" are pointless BTW. I have (on my own and with information leaked to me) been pretty much spot on at every stage of the deconstruction of the club since 2010....believe what makes you sleep better.....a 1,250 average paying at the gate with his bars/cafes etc making the residuals hasn't floated AK's boat in 2014......2015's attendances will be half that and he wants more than this year has delivered.....you don't need a calculator to figure out that somebody will be paying more money next year....and it won't be AK!

Strangely enough it was a commercoal deal, one year with a second year option. The property world is littered with 20 year deals with breaks at 5 years. Strangely your security is only 5 years depending on how things go for landlord and tenant. Same.here and not.sure anyone on this site was unaware that might be the case. How many player deals are announced as 2 years when actually 1 plus an option. I have not seen any evidence the terms of the deal have been broken and your informant has not suggested this.

I think he has Broncos moving and stayng covered. He had Brincos. finishing this year and also has them finishing next year.

I believe he claimed Broncos lease for their old training facilities continued for another year but this was shown to be false. There is plenty of assumption and misinformation in GFs posts based on a lack of fact if we can be bothered to go through the thousands of posts.
The reason GF does not like the call for evidence is because he has none so repeatedly comes back with interpretation of hearsay until actually believes his own stories.

I had us bolted in for relegation this year with a bigger points against number than our lowest reported attendance. I had us winless but there is always the chance we meet a 2nd string side the week before the cup final as we did in 2012 as well......I have us for top 4 next year. I announced that we were starting 2014 in SL before any news outlet or the club, I confirmed AK had been given a marketing budget before he did, I also pointed out Hughes was out of his depth in 2007 and that MacKay was a useless .........yeah, I'm always a bit vague about my predictions??????

1. Lease terminated, Broncos not forced to pay whole year as claimed by you.
2. Predicting relegation must have been a hard one to call.
3. Predicted winless and was wrong
4. I believe you also announced Broncos werent starting 2014 before anyone else.
5. You weren't the first source I heard about a marketing budget from, but you were the first to attach sinister connotations to it.
6. Now predicting top 4 in 2015, previous predictions include no Broncos in 2015 and Broncos dead at the end 2015. None of which are currently right or wrong.
7. I didnt say you were vague I said you make sufficent number to cover your back. Even your list of things you have got right comes with provisos and things yet to be proven.
8. If you are right about rental arrangements for 2015 then you need to show us what they are because so far the only thing that you have said that can be corroborated is that the agreement between Hive and Broncos has been looked at for year 2 & beyond. A Broncos general manager and TK who say it is.
A Poster who says TK will receive money from Broncos and Broncos will take ticketing in house.
A Broncos general manager who says they had no Admin staff in 2014 and relied on the Hive but are beginning to put a proper team together for 2015.

So what's the truth in all this. Based on what's available it's clear that Broncos have moved to a more independent footing as the manager has said, but I find it unlikely that they have uncoupled themselves completely from the Hive ticketing system and the Hive ticket office ( I just can't see any benefits to either party). The only way we will know the true ins and outs is whether tickets remain available through venuetoolbox, members are told their membership will not continue (as it's payable to the Hive) and whether the new season ticket (or whatever it may be ) is payable to London Broncos and not the Hive.

None of these things that I have asked for before believing the word of GF have yet come to fruition so I will not accept the unsupported word of one man.

I do believe in an earlier thread you stated we are homeless next year, now you are stating we are re negotiating next year at the Hive, make your mind up!
