I do not hunt glory if I did I would not have supported Broncos since 1997. I definitely do not support Man U. I am prepared to support a club who puts the effort in to the club which I do by given them my support. This is the worst I have seen the club on and off the field since I started supporting them what other club in top class sport would put up with Managers who have lost as many games as we have over the last four years.
Over the last four years long term supporters have been leaving by droves these are people who help run the suporters club who helped the club in any way they could who traveled regularly to away games and the main reason they have not come back is the way the club is run and because the team can not win an argument.
There comes a polnt when you think to your self should I spend £400 to £500 a season watching something you dont realy enjoy any more or should I spend my money elsewhere and sorry fact is that a large number of supporters including me think they should spend their money elsewhere next season.

Go and watch the Gunners or similar. See how much that costs you

Why if you are dissatisfied with the club are you a football supporter. Why if you dont want to buy a season ticket are you a glory hunter. Why can you not say what you feel without being abused. If people feel the club is not being run properly, players aren't committed and office staff have no idea especially the people at the top then should the correct thing be to walk away or withold your money, possibly that way the message will get through that all is not well in LB land. Maybe it is a good way to make a protest and actually get the club to sit up and take note. Also I havent noticed anyone say they will not come and watch only that they will not buy season tickets. I wonder how many of the people on here critisising the ones who dont want to buy season tickets were around when those very people were working at Fulham free of charge and have stuck with it until now. Huddersfield, Hull FC, Castleford, Warrington, Wakefield, Salford all had season ticket holders who had had enough and they walked away and lo and behold their clubs noticed and did something about it and they are all in a lot better shape for it. Maybe if a few more Broncos fans were brave enough to walk this club might notice. There are great kids coming through the ranks and are you honestly saying this club is in a good enough position to help and support them. Hard work has gone on behind the scenes with the youngsters and I fear for their future with Broncos as it stands now

I won't be back next year. I will probably be watching SWL Chargers. Where you get the nerve to call people "not rugby league fans" I do not know. I have been watching playing and coaching Rugby League since 1966 so I don't need you to tell me if I am a Rugby League fan or not. I suspect your ignorance targets a number of other people on this forum too.

It's not so much the fact that we never win, its the manner of the defeats and the clubs complete disregard of the supporters that is really killing the game in London.

Indeed winning & losing are part of sport but when your team puts in a performance like Saturday's you have to wonder why do you bother, add the way the club treat its dwindling number of fans and you can see why many are giving up.

Every team has seasons where they are poor and can take a season or two to turn things around. Most supporters accept that and will stand by the club as they know the club is more or less stable and will still be around in three+ years time when they have invested in some better players. However we don't have that certainty of 'being around in future years' and we have had three? years of being battered by the opposition with many of the players not putting an effort it and the when we invested in better? players we seem to have got worse?! Bad decisions have driven the club to the brink of extinction and with DH retiring there is no one to pay the doctor to revive this dying patient.

Just a thought though without the London Broncos would the chargers even be in existence? would Skolars exist?

Mickyb I was born in Wigan and watched them fail to win a major trophy for the first17 years I followed them,and saw them get relegated . I have followed London around the capital since i moved here in 1982, including doing a coaching course with the Crusaders in the 1990s. Your suggestion that some of us are glory hunters is getting as tedious as it is inaccurate.

Rugby league clubs in London existed before Broncos, they even exist in places like Coventry, Birmingham, Bristol etc that have no SL side and never have had.

Indeed they did mostly no more than a pub team with no development structure. The conference and Student RL have developed the game no end. However in the areas you state how close are any of them to entering the pro/semi pro ranks. And how many players over the years from these areas has gone on into professional rugby league ie before SL?

By the way Coventry had a RL team in the Northern Rugby League between 1910 and 1912.

We've had good squads and good attendances (occasionally) in the past. This squad is god-awful, but there's no reason we cant turn it round with (another) fresh start. This is all getting a bit melodramatic, we were always going to get well and truly smashed by Wigan. We only beat one pro team on the way to the semi FFS!

I think DH has put his faith in people who should have done a better job of recruitment. TR isn't one of these people and deserves a chance to build.

I would add that telling players at the start of the season their contract would not be renewed plus the uncetainty of whether we would be continuing past this season has probably contributed to the underperforming of this squad.

Maybe, but they weren't performing before either so I cant see it made any real difference. The experienced players like Melling and Dorn have looked like amateurs this year and you cant just blame the club for that. Get rid, start again.

Not sure you can have a pop at Curtis - always seemed to give 110% and I was pretty sad not to see him out there on Saturday instead of a fairly anonymous loanee called Fairbank

Hi folks as a Wigan fan I do hope you get through this rough patch, games against London have always been good games. I would hate to see London leave the super league but with P&R it will be in your hands

You could equally argue it should have been an incentive to perform and attract interest from other clubs. Maybe the problem is we have too many lazy losers in our squad who are likely to have dwelled on the negative.
