I'll be up there, last away game of the season, and my first look at langtree park, the park inn hotel looks great too so all we need now is the players to deliver

Looks a strong Sts squad...would have been happier had Bailey and Melling been in the 19. So, 8 senior players missing...at least Dave got a mention I suppose.

Looks like there will be more Cockneys than Scousers on the pitch Friday...wonder if any of the journo's will pick that up? (hope not, unless we win!).



Was looking forward to the game but can't go now (gone down with the lurgy). Really disappointed as this was the one away game I really wanted to go to.

Cool this Friday morning only 8C, only 6 miles from St Helens, but at least it's sunny and Dry! so the concourse at Langtree Park should not be flooded, not sure about winds blowing in with no cladding!
