I’m quite looking forward to the game in a curious way. I’m intrigued as to firstly how we will go against a "lower" grade team (albeit a good one), how the tactics will vary between the teams(and if we will change our) and finally what the difference in fitness levels will be.
A blow out wouldn't be a surprise neither would a close loss- strange
And yes i am looking forward to the game - would be good if it was a warm day. i would hope for a comfortable win, but i always hope that.........................
I watched Doncaster-Featherstone on Premier Sports the other day and Fev looked like a good outfit, full of players with smart rugby league brains but bodies that worked a little slower.
I expect that they'll almost match us down the middle - Ellis will provide good service out of 9 and ex-Bradford prop Steve Crossley looks like he'll make yards - but we really should be much much pacier out wide. We just have to be sensible when and from where we push the ball laterally.
