Welcome to the NEW RLFANS.COM. After twenty-five years of service, the old site expired over the last few days. To maintain service we have had no option but to make an early switch to the new site which was in development/testing. The online ticket office is hopeless. The first year at The Stoop I regularly bought single match tickets - no problem. The second year I wanted to buy a season ticket, and I wanted the "1+1" offer we had that year whereby you could get a free junior ST with an adult ST - but that wasn't available online. The third year I didn't get a ST, but when I tried to buy match tickets online it seemed my membership of the online ticket office had expired as I hadn't used it for a year. (Hardly surprising as I'd bought a ST at the start of the previous year!) I then tried to re-register, but it wouldn't accept my personal details as I was already registered! At that point I gave up and have since bought tickets either over the telephone or on the day.
Ticket office were selling half season tickets today - managed to get mine. Was told that website had been checked and had not been down at all this week!!!!????? Probably a browser problem
