Hampton wick is not easy to get to.....so the free venue looks like it may well have contributed to the low turn out. If it was a free venue they needed, then The Stoop perhaps may have been a better solution? Depending on expected turn out, there are plenty of central venued that offer free midweek function rom hire.....but the Lensbury, as nice as it is, is just too out of the way.
Did the ladies night happen? I may be wrong, but I haven't seen any trace of pictures from the night or even a mention on the club site. Was that another Lensbury based function that failed to get off the ground?'"
