Correct, he sounded very honest and pessimistic after the game, he said that was our only pre-season game, its not enough and that from that game we can't tell anything about how we will perform against wakefield next week. Its a bit different to last years 'We will win the Super League' and wasnt very encouraging to hear, but it is the truth.

Lets hope because we have a couple of bad injuries now, that those players can heal and get up to full speed for the second half of the season when we tailed off last year.


The glass is still half full, but I may end up necking the whole drink soon if the real season goes as badly as pre-season.

Unfortunately, the inconsistent drivel that comes out of his mouth really sets the tone for the whole team. He should have been sacked at the end of the season.

I guess he must come cheap and we can't afford to replace him!
