Game against wakey in June last year was a sprinkling over 5000.
Salford was Easter Monday and was around 4900.
So both improvements by over 1000 so good news!

Will be a tough test. Hull are big.

Interesting game, as neither team has started the season in great form, for us we need to get our discipline right, been a problem so far this year, could mean w are without Taylor and Watts, Ellis could also be out, think Connor will be on the bench with Kelly back at 6.

Whoever it was came in slightly later than Smith (I think, after he had tackled round the the legs) and caught BJB as he was going down. I'm not sure if Hull can reach there heights of last year and after watching them against Catalan I'm hoping they repeat that performance.

If we can stop the offload from there forwards and give our best defensive game of the year so far then we can win.
Connor is a class player and will step up to attempt to destroy us. He's a confident lad. If we can get under his skin it'll make our job easier.

Ferguson needs to do better. He was pretty poor against wakey I thought.

Also vs Salford... I think about 75% of the team are performing to the standard that's needed.. But the rest do need to pick it up... If we see continuous improvement then we can't complain, still early days yet.

Fergie originally arrived as a young bloke but has come back to the club as one of the more senior players. Given the current bout of injuries he needs to lead from the front in the coming games. Starting this weekend against the big Hull pack.

Brearleys team still looks decent. I'd also consider Mellor SR and Wood at centre. Plus Mason for Wakeman and Darnell for Ormsby. It will certainly be interesting to see the 19 man squad this week
