David Faiumu - Big earner, 31 next week, been playing well though and a class act on his day
Peter Aspinall - release, unless makes a big impact at sheffield
Ben Blackmore - Down the pecking order for the wing slots
Jason Chan - Big earner, Patrick now coming to the fore in 2nd row
Scott Grix - 30 in a couple of weeks, connor the next full back?
Josh Johnson - broken into the first team, renew
Nathan Mason - not given much of a chance
Jack Miller - still learning his trade

obviously all depends on the ££££ really! if the price is right

I'd give fooey another year- be good to see him take up a coaching role with the scholarships- he did some community stuff with my lad a couple of years ago and impressed.
I'd give grix another year and time to bring Connor through.
Give chan two more years- he's good for it.
Of the youngsters I think Johnson and perhaps miller - not sure how old he is but still playing 19s.

Fuey keep another year and see how he goes! We let Brett go too early and he ended up having another 2/3 years in him
Aspinall can go
Josh Johnson definite keep he has looked good when he has come on
Grixy maybe let him go, I don't think he is AMAZING and Connor looks a really good prospect

Blackmoor can go, the times I have seen him he doesn't look to be that same standard as Jodie, Jerry or Smurph!

i agree about faiumu, give him a year, can cover a few positions.. and i have also heard good things about him when coaching the youngsters

im not sure on chan anymore, he will be on a good pay and with patrick coming through..ferres/lawrence/bailey/taai etc his money could be spent wisely elsewhere..

not sure on grix either, think its time to move on with him at fullback if we want to improve as a team

Anyone who wants to let Grix go for connor is deluded.
How many people have seen Connor play, how many have sen him at first team level.

Connor needs game time at a higher level before anyone can tell how good he is. If he is good enough i would like to see us Loan him to London and see if he can het a gig there.The same with all the other squad players.

No point us bringing any full back in at this club. They only become scapegoats on here.

murphy signed a 3 year deal at the end of 2011 so yes think he is ooc too... sign him up!!!

To move on as a team we need to iomprove ina lot af areas a long time before we look at Full back.

yes thats the thing with connor we just dont know, maybe try him this season at some point but easter would of been ideal and it didnt happen

Connor does look a good prospect but he isn't ready to just go straight in there. Id say give grix another year on the cheap for Connor to learn from- if grix had been banned I'm still not convinced baloo would have played connor. He has to start blooding him sometime!!! Fooey has been our best performing forward- he deserves another year and he may have been earning a lot initially but I bet each time he's resigned it's gone down! I'd imagine we can pay him even less for an extra year he won't get in the nrl before he's ready to go back.

Murphy - An absolute must for me, one of the best players we have !!

Faiumu - Definitely another year, class player who gives us something different these days as a prop

Aspinall - Hard to say as again, another promising talent so we hear who hasn't been given a chance..probably will be released without finding out !

Blackmore - has looked decent when he's played but like you say he's down the pecking order and can't see him getting a regular place anytime soon.

Chan - Yes, without a doubt, class player !

Grix - Yep, another year for him, let Connor learn from him and then see where he is.

Johnson - Yes, Looked very good recently and definitely one for the future, these are the kids we have to keep.

Mason - has been unlucky with injuries but i would give him another year as so far this he hasn't had a chance.

Miller - like Johnson, a real talent who we can't really let go without seeing what they can do.

out of them all id prob be most sad to see faiumu and murphy leave.

faiumu a great servant and murphy could very well go on to be the same

does conner play at 6 or 7 in the under 19 next year a prop and 7 for me with the extra sky money we should be paying full cap

Connor has played in the halves but been playing FB in 19s

Murphy! Sign this lad ASAP! Years in him yet and proved too valuable not to have in the squad! Defence and attack and versatile! Mr consistent!

Fuey! Again one hell of a player who has done what ever has been asked of him positionally! Good long timer who I think has a good few seasons yet and a lot to offer in way of knowledge as a coach!

Grix! This lad stepped up when hodgy left'! Has built in confidence and his role in the team is massive! Has the occasional bad day but they are few and far between! Sign him up!

Chan! My sons fav player now he seems him everyday dropping off his kid at the same nursery! Explosive and clever play, another lad who looks happy in the squad and adds a whole lot! Sign him up!

Johnson can be very good for us I feel! Certainly not let anyone down with his performances this year! Would sooner see koppy leave than this young lad

Blackmore unfortunately to go. With jerry, Murphy, broughton chances maybe to few and far between for this lad to break through

Mason with mulalley coming back and looking so good and Johnson performing his pecking order is at the bottom! Unfortunate with injuries but he may be able to serve more up for another side

Miller! Keep him with us! Not had the chance with the first team but certainly one to watch!

Huddersfield Giants have handed 20-year-old prop forward Josh Johnson a contract extension that will keep him at the John Smith's Stadium until the end of the 2016 season.

The academy product made his Giants debut 12 months ago and has appeared in four of their last First Utility Super League matches.

Huddersfield coach Paul Anderson said: "Josh is deserving of a longer opportunity at the club and he is well aware of what he needs to do to keep improving as a professional."

Johnson said: "My aim at the start of the year was to get an early extension to my contract and obviously I am pleased that it's sorted out and I have a great chance here to become a fully-fledged Super League player."

i like robbo at hooker with lunt .robbo at 7 if he catches it tends to send out to many red cross passes for me wood at 7 did OK for me against wakey .but i would like to a top class 7 to take some pressure of brough.It would also help if our props would up there game as well a couple not pulling there weight at the moment.
