So however the result its good news for us this week!
Im wanting the wire to win to keep us within 3 points of top as I think we can go all the way this year. But I think Wigan away will be the big game that we need to win!

Exactly my thoughts.

That was why i was disappointed to lose to HKR, we lost too much ground when Wigan have Warry and Saints to come and then us, it might have given us the minor shield.

I hope they knock nine bells out of each other!!!!

TOMPKINS, CHARNLEY, GREEN, RICHARDS, MOSSOP, MciLORUM
Hodgson, Bridge, Briers, Myler, Waterhouse, Ratchford have massive brawl and get 4 week bans

I hope they both field 14 players and neither get any points and a £5K fine

not really that bothered really but like brearley says,it could help us to finish 2nd if wigan win.

as long as the game is as exciting as the cas-hull game then I wont complain.

I think it could make an exciting run to the end of the season if Warrington win tonight, provided of course us, Wigan and Warrington all finish strongly.

That said, I just hope the game is as good as it can be.

If they win we remain within 3 points of Wigan, worth an opportunity to reduce that to 1 point when we play them... Wigan also have 2 sets of Monday-Friday games so potential slip ups...

Long shot, but why not aim for the top?

Well it was an epic game, and has shown us the level we need to play to. We can and have played to that level this season, we need to do it about 4 more times this season and if we do...well silver ware is ours

can we play with same intensity both sides showed tonight?

im not sure we can, but it will be interesting to see if we can match these 2 for intensity.

I was thinking the same watching the game, we have played at a similar intensity such as against Wigan - unfortunately when we have come up against Warrington this season we have fallen well short.

We had that intensity v Wigan and Leeds this season, but failed v Wire

We will need to play like that in the quarter final, the semi final and the final - and against Wigan in the league

Not too bothered about losing the Wire games tho. Over there the weather was appalling and we didn't want to play and they'd psyched themselves up all day. The other loss the week before we knocked Leeds out of the cup is also understandable. We'll be ready for the big one.
