i have made no secret on this forum of my support for both huddersfield teams but as i sit reflecting on a weekend of yet more miserable failure from our expensively assembled highly paid 3rd tier football team, i cannot help but compare it to the excitement of todays outstanding commited top level display as fartown turned over top opposition with both effort and ability. Back to my subject who is providing value for both owners and supporters, only 1 winner in my eyes. The question now is does this team have it in them to win something and banish the permanant huddersfield bridesmaids tag.. hope so, to see the challenge cup outside the birthplace of the game would be a start or am i dreaming. proud to be a giant tonight.
No , you are not dreaming , only takes that slice of luck and silverware can be ours, as for town , well 3 nil up and they `stuffed `it up again , can`t all be clarkes fault surely
if we can keep our squad fit and healthy anything is 'do-able'..........we have a superb coaching set-up, superb squad of young and experienced players, already turned over Wigan and Saints and are looking good without hitting anything like top form ..........i have been dreaming of seeing claret and gold ribbons on a major trophy for summat like 25 years now......its comin !!
