what team do you think you will put out?

some are saying an under 20 side?! surley not

your last chance for a hit out before SL starts, against a top championship side. i would imagine a strong line up from your lot?

should imagine mainly unders 20's with a handful of fringe/1st teamers...thats usually the case and i cant see many TBH , friendlies dont really have the 'i cant wait for this one' pull.

the first team have had two hit outs already... think we will see a strong line up for this one though as still need to work out the new style of play

murphy and lawrence set for comeback from rehab

the more chance the 'new setup' get to gell before the start of the season the better surley?

will be dissapointed from fax's preparations point of view if you send a team of kids.

walker prob been the most impressive so far, think he will be a big gun for us now

the last 3/4 of these fixtures have been our U20s + a few fringe 1st teamers vs fax. rarely have you tubbed us.

While it will not be our strongest 20s it should give you a good hit out.

If you do less well than batley then there may some cause for concern.

Would you really want NB to put out his strongest available 18/20? Even with our injuries that team would certainly beat salford and leigh....and they stuffed you.

our kids will give it a go.

Normly against are kids tomorow is likely to be a lot off the first team but resting ash hall, rettie, and thackary and handforth if casey is not fit if not they will play 40 mins each

8.30 Jamie Bloem has inspected the pitch which was 80% covered and it looks likely that the game will go ahead today He is going to do a final inspection at 10.30 to make sure that the pitch isnt any worse .

After another inspection by Jamie Bloem at 11am - today's game against Huddersfield will definitely be going ahead, kick off 3pm

I doubt Jamie Bloem is reffing the game. It's common practice to ask a local ref to inspect the pitch.if a game is in doubt.

Murphy started at full back, played full first half, a few strong runs
cording played loose forward first half, couple of nice touches but you would expect being full time now
sarsfield once again garbage
the winger for us on worrincys side was awful too

ones to note...freddie walker looks a really good player on the wing and played second half at full back

and thackery the big prop!! never seen him before wheres he come from? with more fitness he could be another crabtree!

Poor game. If Molloy / Tonks / Orwell / Dawson / Eden(?) / Lee (?) / Peltie (?) had been playing we may have had a close game.

Key for me;

- Murphy fit and came through very soundly

- Josh Johnson a 17 year old prop did a full 40 min stint against some handy experienced props - Well done lad

- Walker and Gorman showed promise on wings - Gorman more promise at fb
