Read on here after we beat you in the last round of SL that the match was immaterial as Huddersfield had finished a place above Leeds in the table, therefore making the Giants Yorkshire's no.1.

Does this still apply?

The league table dictates who's the best team over the 2011 season, hence Huddersfield are Yorkshires number 1 team. The Play offs is another ball game where a decent team hitting form for a few games can win it, hence Leeds.

So Warrington haven't been the best team this season? So the league table lies? Yes Leeds are the champions of the play offs nobody can deny that.

Mate! It's truly 100% like this. Ask the bulls, ask the saints, ask Leeds fans. For those of us who have finished top gone to the GF and lost, the hub cap is no consolation and means nowt! Wire didn't make it to wembely or the GF! TS won't be telling his troops don't worry you are the best team really, wire fell a few hurdels short. Not even at the final hurdle. That can't be denied.

Some people are struggling to understand the comp format as they dont like that Leeds won it or wire couldn't get the job done! Funny how clubs fans who have been there and understand arnt complaining.

Don't try and take anything away from Leeds because if hudds had won it from forth I would argue with anyone who tried to denie it!

Unfortunately the painful lesson for us, is that it's not how you start the season that matters, but how you end it. That's when they hand out the silverware.

Next year need a smaller squad but with better quality replacements.

Leeds are obnoxious , their fans even worse, but got to congratulate them for hitting form at the right time, and winning it from 5 th the hard way.

Leeds are Champions. They won the Final. That's all there is to it as far as I can see. Also, I feel they were unlucky not to win the Cup as well.

We've won sweet FA once again. That, to me at least, tells its own story.

I suppose you're right. In 20 or 30 years time we'll be reading sporting history books all about your wonderful 2011 season of mediocrity.

Correct the competition is about winning the GF, that at the end of the competition is all that counts, Leeds are the best team this season, Wire were the best team up to the play off's, we came joint 5th.

In fact from where Leeds were when be handed them their backsides in April to where we ended up, there is no doubt we are NOT Yorkshires number 1 side, that clearly goes to Leeds (albeit I don't like to admit it, it's true, there's no dispute.

Yes we're getting closer, but there's still a BIG step for us to make, will we do it? who knows, but we'll give it a mighty big go.
