| Has been one of the better Crusaders players and was linked with Widnes i believe. However Weller Harauki was also seen as a good buy from Crusaders last year and look how he has been under macca at Leeds.
Quite aggressive and a good worker but i would have ben happier if he was a prop. Gives us another second rower so i would be amazed if one of our current second rowers is leaving.

| Hardly been setting the world on fire in SL....hasn't really done anything since leaving NRL.
I'm not overly chuffed tbh.

Did he ever play in the NRL thought he only played lower grade football before he came over here

| Not a bad sighning, plenty of potential and Browny likes to build a player rather then have a super star who is on his way out!!!!
Jason Chan Biography (taken from Cru RL website)
Jason Chan is a Papua New Guinean international, making his debut and scoring a try against England in the World Cup last year that helped to lead them close to what would have been a deserved win. He also appeared in their games against Australia and New Zealand. He previously played his club rugby league with Windsor Wolves, the feeder club to the NRL’s Penrith Panthers, in the New South Wales Premier League in Australia. There he scored 16 tries and kicked 64 goals in 47 appearances, helping the Wolves lift the Jim Beam Cup in 2008. Chan shon when he finally gained a regular place in the side and was one of the stars in 2009 and 2010.

| He showed last night that he has good footwork for a big man when he put on that try,but as well he showed is prepared to do the tough yards one off the ruck.Get him fit and cut out the lazy arm swings and he'll be a great signing.

| Another 2nd rower though. We are struggling in the creativity dept and I would have liked to see a standoff come in.
We must have 11+ second rowers at the club at present maybe more?
Gilmour
Raleigh
Fa'alogo
O'Donnell
Molloy
Fairbank
Kirmond
Ferguson
Lawrence(in browny's opinion anyway)
Horne
Sarsfield
Sure there probably others too and could probably put out a full team of 2nd rowers. Need some backs not forwards IMO

| For me FP them guys are not props,Chan could be,he ran one off the ruck for Crusaders.
Looking at them names you mentioned, they have all had a sudden loss of form.Gilly at Warrington was imho his worst performance in a c&g shirt for whatever reason.
AR has been a good servant, but if he moved him to prop and didn't make it,no reason to shift him back to SR.Ferguson has been poor lately, today he got bagged ont radio but just realised it was former Weakfield player Demetroiu who was calling our game,so don't trust his judgement to be unbiased.
Lawrence in 2nd row,it was a panic move,no need for it.

| IMO better options at prop than Chan too, we let one great young kid slip thru to Wire next season in Chris Hill who is an out and out prop not a converted SR or owt else.
We are weak at the moment in the stand off and three quarters and seemed to be ok in the forwards although on last few showings we seem weak all over the park.
Sommert not right at the club at the moment and today just highlighted this even more.

Sounds like Kev Brown is out for a few weeks now too Stand by for big changes all over the park Probably see Grix move into the halves with Brough, and Cudjoe to fb,not sure that Cudjy wants to play fb anymore, doesn't look comfortable.I'd bring Wood into the halves with Brough and leave the rest of the side alone.
