Now that we are sorted for 2011 on the coaching front and the club looks a bit more stable, what would the fans like to see happen,

for me it would have to be sign Aspy and Drewy on for another 12 months, loan Brough out and let him cause problems elswhere, bring in at least 3 world class players to replace the outgoing players, still think we need another Centre, Forward and a Full Back if we want compatition for places in the squad.

oh and winning the GF this year would be nice.

Drew out injured all year and played a handful of games. why sign him up when we have plenty of [uYOUTH[/u coming through. Yes I am a huge fan of Drew but I think he should be released.

Eclair, Unfortunately I am unable to see Andy Raleigh being used in the back row unless as a back up, covering injuries throughout the season. His leg speed is decreasing and therefore the front row would be a better position for him. Also with Luke O’Donnell being linked to Huddersfield Giants, and David Fa’alago already signed up for the next 3 years, do you feel that Raleigh could dislodge these 2?

Yes. Andy could well play for a lot of the season covering for bans if we sign O'Donnell! I'd also be tempted to play Gilmore at centre.

Im not singling broughy out all i know is he was brought in to solve ALL our kicking & half back problems (not sure what the problems where cos i think that Robbo & Kevin had done a fine job) and to be fair he's not hitting the hights we need on the pitch, i know it will take time for the team to gel with new players but this is pro sport and its ruthluss.

As for Drew yes he's a elder statesman now but he still has a lot to offer the [uYOUTH[/u, my hope is he will be taken on for 12 months as coach to the 21s and play 1st team if needed.

Broughy is doing some good kicks, his goal line drop-outs are great, making many good yards up field, and his up and unders like the one against Crusaders, coming down with ice on the ball only a metre away from the line forcing a drop-out. These are class, but sometimes things don`t work out, just like we get with Brett Hodgson many times during the season.
And Broughy`s defence is quite good.

As I have mentioned before IMO Aspy should be given another year to prove himself in the new role given to him.

Lunty should also be extended further he is developing into a class player. 5 years with brown and brough IMO

However with Broughy I believe you have to take the rough with the smooth, too many balls from restarts are kicked over the goal line and it is very poor especially when it occurs more than once a game, but as mention some of his positional kicks are immense and have give field position for move later in the game.

I was not a fan of his when he came and thought he would be a disruption and i believe he was to start with however some of his work is winning me around, but like others i liked the work brown and robbo do together

I expect to see Wild,Aspinwall,Kirmond,Drew and possibly Horne join them.

could see Kirmond staying at Wakey. We have an abundance of second rowers and i really cannot see him getting much game time for the Giants.

Kirmond is a very good 2nd row imo, would like to see him back at the Giants, see O'Donnell and Fa'alogo as our no 1 2nd row pairing though (barring injuries & suspensions).

Think Patrick has been immense for us this season and would keep him, think Horne done ok for us but time to get rid, try to get Drew into a coaching role, think Gilmour may be moved into (has he still got the pace for the backs?), Lawrence is a good youngster but needs work on his attacking play. Leroy not safe enough for fullback IMO, Finnigan may be time to go?

Need to get Lunt signes up on 4-5yr deal ala Eorl as future England Hooker and Club captain IMO.

And what every fan wants to see is the Giants finally win something again!!!!!
