Fom our point of view i'd be delighted.

From an RL point of view it's dissapointing. As a sport we need as many teams to be as competative as possible, IMO Hudds have turned the 'big 4' into a big 5. If true it sends a bad message to the youngsters such as Eden.

This is not necessarily bad news. Many people on here have questioned KB and whether he is good enough a question that was again asked after how easy he was bounced off for a Wigan try.

We have got a fee he has not gone to a major threat I.e. Wigan and apparently he wants more time at home. Depends who we sign to replace him whether this is good business or bad !!!

I have heard that Wigan have asked about Brough and we have said he can go for £800,000 if they offer that or close we would be mad not to take it as Brough and Browns wages would replace them with top class players if we get this sort of money

There's no way Wigan will pay anything near £800,000. They wouldn't pay half of that, we only got £250,000 for Joel Tomkins who's alot younger and was a natural successor to O'Loughlin as Wigan Captain. I'd imagine asking for similar ie. £250,000 you'd be pushing it.

This is awful news. Once again one if best players and captain lost to another team. If anything will unsettle the team it is this. Kev is a great player and our leader, senior man sold, best be some positive news on the horizon regarding new signings because Lunt and then brown in exchange for a bit of cash does nothing at all for me!

So he signs a contract extension to 2015 just under 2 years ago - what is the point of a contract again???
