We slate a lad for not achieving --when he hasnt had the right opportunity to succeed or fail!



If you have a large/ larger squad - then in the coaches eyes /for whatever reason theres personal preference and a pecking order.



Presumably he and others are signed because of their assumed potential or proven ability

If theyve played for their "country?" they certainly arent mugs and as such WOULD get games more regularly in a smaller squad

As one poster has previously posted --if they arent going to be played - dont ruin their career by keeping them as a human insurance policy --let em get out there and play at THEIR highest level with somebody else --and get as far as they can in the game



But to slate someone who just hasnt been chosen for the squad (YET) is in my opinion doing the lad(s) a total injustice
