the claret and gold army chant was done at the start in the hope that people might join in and help get a decent atmosphere going at the start of the game, but like C13 if people are fed up of hearing songs then they wont join in.
the ultras thign at wigan works for them because they have a lot of supporters who are totally into that thing and will join in with chants and have fun at games.
unfortunately majority of our fans are there just to watch the game and not into chanting/singing or having fun generally.
as people have said the noise doesn't carry from the back of the kilner bank so why dont we move? i'd be more willing to move down to the middle as would others but the people in the middleare the very same people who i have mentioned above.

I guess with the season ticket allocation being as it currently is, the club would have to get involved in some way if any sort of official 'singing section' were to be set up. Those seats at the back are the thinking man's seats. On the halfway line and a lovel angle to see the forward passes that the touch judge misses! Would you be prepared to give them up?

I sit near halfway line about 8 rows back and join in with the singing etc, folks sometimes look unhappy at the noise but doesn't put me off, have now got a group round me of about 15 who will sing, clap chant etc. think if we could get the singers in 1 big group rather than spread out over 2 now 3 stands, the atmosphere would improve.

Here's a thought, why dont the people who sit near the front come further back for next game? If there is 15 in just one group that likes to join in but the ppl around them dont then theyld be made more than welcome at the back

Doesn't bother me if they do, as they get to test the superior feel of the KB and may upgrade next season, I agree it should only be an occasional thing, but it shows the club care about the match day experience of all its fans, maybe we can get into a regular 5 figures support soon.

I know a few Bulls fans who have bought them so they can watch us when they don't have a game and were asking about whether they could upgrade as they didn't realise the front wasn't covered, and the catering wasn't up to much, (I said it ain't much different in the KB

)

Gonna say the catering isn't any better anywhere else in the stadium!
