i'd have him for a year, it would be a gamble but a clever one if it pays off. he's got the experience and know how more a case of has he got the passion and fitness ?

Widnes have indeed offered a sizeable deal to Fielden and also a considerably long deal, which for the players current situation is ridiculous.

I'd be tempted to go for fielden but on an incentive based contract.

As for kopzack, no pen to paper as yet but let's see if he stays man of his word. If he doesn't, I'd personally not want him at the club. Same as Chris Hill and someone like Griffin (who openly admitted he'd handshaked elsewhere pre Leeds signing)
