We've all accepted the reasons why Fein's agent wants to renegotiate, haven't we. It's not that we don't agree with him trying to renegotiate. It's that some of us have said that the club shouldn't break it's salary structure in the bid to keep him in light of them.

If you don't agree, fine (although you haven't said as much). But repeating yourself ad infinitum when we have already accepted that point is bloody ridiculous.

ATEOTD the money for them may be dropping a couple of notches but it will still outweigh what they'll be able to get in Australia for the most part.

It's just scaremongering by agents trying to get the best for their clients and thus themselves but clubs like us wont be dragged into auctions.

Richard thewlis says in the Examiner today that there isn't a deal and never has been a deal on the table for Nathan Fein and he doesn't know what his agent is talking about.

Nice one. FWIW I think that the player comes across as a straight up kind of guy. I seem to remember another piece somewhere that stated he didn't want to mess us around etc. I assigna bit more credit to comments the player would make than to those of his agent, although ATEOTD they all say things to suit as professionals do. Brown knows what he's doing, Davy knows what he's doing, Thewlis knows what he's doing. It'll all work out for the best IMO.
