The only team we have not got the beating yet of is Leeds....the others in the playoff spots we have beaten and convincingly in most cases. That`s the thing, your season isn`t over. The hard thing now is the players have to pick themselves up for the play offs. Where as our players are resigned to "ah well, if we get in the play offs we`ll give it a go". Also when we lost in 1990 about 3000 turned up for the homecoming. Remember `Through thick and thin.` And if we don`t make PO`s then I will become a temp Giant like a lot of Wire

I didn't see that they were staggering about, did notice Mason was wearing different clothes. From his point of view though he has won a CC before, you could see how gutted the likes of Wild, Kev Brown and D Hodgson were. I admire that kind of emotional attachment and I think all fans everywhere do. I won't be too harsh on Mason and Moore though, as I didn't see them staggering about or whatever they were up to. Also, Mason and Moore have been fantastic on the pitch all year. Maybe they were drunk because they knew today was going to be tough and wanted to try and block out the regret of the defeat and feeling like they had let the fans down.

As long as he isn't a child molester or woman beater then I'm not too bothered. What someone does off the pitch is their own business and from what I have seen whatever it is has not impacted on how he has performed for us.

No one needs silly stories and rumours. They just had to turn up outside the george today. Everyone bar 2 players turned up dressed appropriately and behaved professionally.

What the players did between 4.30pm on Saturday and 1pm today is there business - certainly not mine . At the Civic Reception we should expect a more professional attitude.
