M1 then as you head towards Chiswick roundabout go up the kew bridge road to Richmond then hit the a 316. The usual route on Twickenham road is a nightmare at the moment. Save you 30 minutes.

I always go round the M25. I tried through London once & it was an absolute nightmare.

Should hit the 25 slightly after the worst time though!

Can't offer lifts as we'll be down for the RL Varsity the night before [to watch Little Ivor - I know I've mentioned it before!!. [That's on Sky also - I'll have my Giants shirt & scarf on!

and straight up as the M3 becomes the A316 to go past the ground.

May be a few more miles, but rare to get as caught as you can do on the lower end M1.

i always go M1,M25,M3,A316 straight past the ground,but i've been told the M40 onto M25 is a pretty decent alternative,i know from experience that the M1/M25 is truly horrendous on friday afternoons.

Yea....go on the M25 (if you get there before 4:30pm) and then on the M3, then A316...Once on the M3 heading to London it'll take you straight to the Stoop and stop you having to negotiate any roadworks or rush hour traffic really....just depends when you hit London on how much traffic you'll encounter! The route I describe is the easiest to follow and most likely quickest.

raleigh has not impressed enough when playing prop, and didnt do much in the reserve game either.
