Grix, No one at the giants has suggested he leaves.

No club has approached the Giants about him.
His agent has not asked for a release.
Can't be much clearer than this.

Part of the problem is people here a rumour, or read one, and just presume it must be true....even when others have said that the person who is the subject have dismissed it. People want their rumour to be true no matter if it isn't......i get told lots of stuff but unless i hear it confirmed tend not to believe it, or certainly not to put it out in the open as if it isn't true you dont know who is reading/listening etc and who it may affect.

I never mentioned what I heard was true... this is a rumours thread and I posted a rumour I heard. Especially since it was from a good source I thought it would be worth posting. People shouldn't get offended. There will always be rumours around players it's just the way it is.

Thats what i was more or less saying, it wasn't aimed at anyone personally just a general comment regarding how some will think they know something, someone else will tell them they're wrong etc etc.

An ageing Aussie who was never any good in the first place and has woeful defence.

His English career no consists of 2 spells at London, 20 at Cas and one at Salford.

124 tries in 200 games is a cracking record though. Playing for those teams too!

I couldn't see amor coming to giants. He was especially scathing about our club on twitter at the end of last season when Lunt won the GF with Leeds. Certainly doesn't hold us in high regard.

I have to say that the Lunt to Leeds rumour keep rearing its ugly head. A number of different people have heard it too - both Giants and Leeds fans.

Perhaps Grix is unhappy at all the negative stick he gets from some of the fans. Chap sitting behind me blames Grix no matter who drops the ball. IMO scott Grix is no worse than others in the team and I really hope this rumour is completely unfounded.

Count the amount if ex Wakefield players in the Salford and saints team and then count how many you have. If you need a calculator I have a choice of a few you can borrow?

Count the amount of ex hudds players you've had in your squad this season then subtract the difference.

Is not ex players that the calculators are needed for!!!

We didn't come hunting for your players they signed for us when surplus to requirements by Huddersfield. The Kirmond one didn't turn out to be the right decision though.

You may also find its about balancing the books with skill levels. Good players cost more money and there's a salary cap to stay below.

Certain folk love to lay claim to developing players unaware of the fact that they didn't. Murphy was at Leeds before Wakey, for example. The reality is that many players spend time at various clubs but ultimately the player has as much responsibility for their development as any club. You can have all the talent in the world but without application it'll get you nowhere.

Unfortunately some people don't seem capable of comprehending this basic concept.

Wouldn't swap ferres or chan for kirmond so for us it still was the right decision. I'm glad he's getting the opportunity in your side though, and certainly don't begrudge you having him....... Now there's the difference.

Surprise surprise players move clubs. They often move to new employers who are not too far away so they dont have to travel much like taking different jobs in West Yorkshire

And the ones we got from Wakey obviously wanted to play for us hence they signed for us ...we didnt force them to !

Ferries is a Bradford product as far as I am concerned. He did ok for us but Cas got him playing to a decent level so think they would be the hard done by.

wakefield fans need to understand its called player movement, happens to all clubs

I'm very bored of these wakey fans calling us vultures. It's simple. Balance your books correctly and you wont be forced to release or sell your best players every two years.

We have as much right as anybody to approach any club over any player.

exactly, not too long ago they signed a whole host of players.. what was it, something like 10 when they had the not too recent takeover, only to now be struggling again with money
