The match was played on a Saturday afternoon if i remember correctly,the day of the first national lottery draw ,we had a frenchman playing at full back Laurent Luchesse.The scoreboard was out of action for a few games after that i think

went to the game, I even have it on video which I've transferred over to DVD, not great quality though

I'm sure they had a player with one leg shorter than the other, who almost looked like he was running round in circles when trying to run straight

luchesse was a very good prospect at full back , good hands , quick , decent tackler . unfortunately he had the very bad habit of dislocating his shoulder blades every time he played , thus ended his career. i think his father was high up in the french rl .

same as Terry Holmes i think. Played about 3 games from Bradford after moving from RU and ended up with a dislocated shoulder every game before retiring.
