A lovely but purely speculative article with no actual meat on the bones.
Its also just a wee bit naughty and has been written just to get us Leigh fans in a bit of a dither. It must be a quiet week on the news desk at Love Rugby League and is a case of go out and think up a non-story that we can print.
All the indications are that Niu has signed for us and is coming and that is what I will believe - until I see a report that really contradicts the position and has evidence, not speculation to back it up.

Yep. I watched the game, and the commie suggested that NRL clubs could up their interest in him due to having a mom performance, and scoring 2 try's. |

He was decent with scoring 2 try's with a try assist also, which probably got him mom. Imo, I thought they over lauded him at the end, but i think he will go well for us once he his under the coaching of Lammy. |

I liked the look of the try assist.
May I suggest in a totally unqualified capacity that our strength and conditioning team will need to keep an eye on him! I am sure that he has been told before to address his weight and having done so he applied himself and lost quite a bit of poundage.
It should not really be an issue for someone who wants to be a top class athlete.

Yes, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence emanating from club sources currently doing the rounds - believed to be from Chris Chester in an unguarded conversation - that we have 33 players signed up and ready to go for next season including Niu.
Players are signed, sealed and ready to be announced. Business is concluded.
All unconfirmed of course. I know nothing but this is the story.
