CL, I don’t think Widnes are in administration yet, they have till Monday to find a buyer, so there is still time yet, hopefully whatever happens they can sort something out .

No they won't there's nothing to relocate.
The players(most of them) will find other clubs so basically there's nothing left to relocate.

There isnt a stadium in Liverpool to accomodate them , not going to happen , they might have wanted to ' relocate ' in name only

So we have a hard core base of 3K, that will probably trickle up a little come the fair weather fans. If and that’s a big IF we can continue to be competitive. Just how can you increase the fan base?

All the ideas when in SL could only up that hard core a couple of thousand but we still see the same stagnant marketing approach now.

I am particularly thinking Gelling, Inu and Liam Hood. All player wages have been received and are in their bank accounts is my understanding.

i noticed the 12 points has already been deducted sometimes is takes a while for that to occur i feel for purtill after lasts years traumas, if it wasn't for bad luck he'd have none at all.

A dreadful indictment on the state of the game when we now have 2 previous "super" clubs having gone down the drain.

Gelling is a certainty to be sold. in my opinion he is a shining example of the incompetant managment of that club.
It should have been crystal clear to them that this was an unrealistic signing once relegated.

Hood would be a great signing if leigh could manage it......i thought that Higham looked as though age was beginning to dim the light a little on saturday.

The young fullback is their prize asset but is injury prone and slightly lightweight

As usual with this type of scenario, the biggest sufferers are the fans.....hope it all ends well for this once great club.
