Will there be a new shirt for the upcoming season for the fans to buy?

Not heard anything as yet

Roy, we have no players, no Coaching Staff, the fixtures can't be released because we don't even know if we can fulfil the fixtures anyway,most Championship clubs start pre season training next week,nobody knows what's occurring, I can't see us having a New shirt, can you??The Spin Doctors might know.

Should be cheaper if we have one - i.e. no names to put on them!

(last season's won't do, because we would have to take the names off them!)

Ey-up Ian. Is there any truth in this or are you just being ultra pessimistic? Surely things haven't got that bad.

Ian, like many more of us, is being pessimistic. We have had literally zero information from the club, on the way things are going. The only scraps we are fed, are by other clubs, who are signing nearly all of our last season's squad.

So far, the coach has left, plus 22 of the players in the initial squad, and the 4 we drafted in on loan, for the Shield. By my reckoning, we have 7 of the squad, whose signature hasn't (yet!) been announced by another club - Evans, Acton, Larroyer, Owens, Gregson, Ryan Bailey and Higham. It's a safe assumption that most/all of them will leave.

Pessimism? I think that's too optimistic description of our plight, at the moment!

I don't think it's being pessimistic Alan, just being realistic.I've heard a few rumours about what is happining, but that's all they are so I'm not going to put them on here.The future looks bleak yes, but not insurmountable.I don't think Derek or anyone else can run the Club on the cheap, we have to be competetive,and to do this money has to be spent.
Again we will have money from Central Funding, but what worries me is where the players are coming from?As most teams have the majority of their Squads signed up now.
We are certainly behind the 8 ball behind a ball has been kicked.And still no news.

Cheers Michelle. I guess he has his future outside RL to build up. It would be a pity if he were to be 'lost' to the club. He would make a very good conditioner/motivator.

Back to the shirts, do we even have a shirt Sponsor this year?Or any Sponsors at all anywhere else?The Club or someone at the Club is still pushing the Christmas Draw tickets.

Fully sponsored shirt, we have some great loyal sponsors backing the vision.

If so, why no info from the club? Or is it a secret? To say the fans have/are being treated disgracefully, is an understatement.

Behind the 8 ball, we have not even got through the door to the pool hall.

Mo , I sincerely hope you are right, the Fans need something positive to keep them going, we hear about other teams and their plans, it would be nice to be told something soon.

If you think about it, the less people you share your 'vision' with, the less can accuse you of failure!

Christ this 'vision' must be the worlds best kept secret!!

Let me get this straight, 'the vision' is to get rid of all the players, the coach, the backroom staff and some of the other staff, put the club in a worse position than it was in a few years ago, not bothering to have a shirt yet supposedly having a shirt full of sponsors and then expect the paying public to buy into your vision without actually telling them what the vision is or indeed who is controlling the said vision. Yeah count me in......

Replacing ‘vision’ with ‘hallucination’ would be more accurate.

My Lifeline S/O is in a perilous position at the moment, the utter contempt shown to the fans is disgraceful.

Please no more platitudes and hopeful dreams from the cheerleaders.

A good vision could have also been launching the shirt early so fans can buy them in time for Christmas,

This would have given the club a cash injection, and rallied the fans with some positivity with the club.

Sadly though, they appear disinterested in what the majority income stream is...which is the paying public.
