There seems to be a lot of people taking great pleasure in our courant situation people who have not been heard of on here for years come out the wood work and people on here like valve hunter who just like to stair it up with his I heard she said poo . I for one will only believe it when it’s on the clubs site until then I will keep supporting Leigh and if it goes back to a few years ago when there was only 1300 at the games in the north stand then so be it.

It was also stated that Drew Hutchinson had left the Club , but he trained yesterday.

He was, I think advertising on Twitter, a business that he has recently set up. Maybe he wants to concentrate on that?

It's about time the fringe players were given a chance, they can't do any worse,I fear the worse for us this season , Derek saying if we lose it doesn't matter is crazy, I hate losing at anything and so should the players.

Another Frankenstein situation created by SKY/RFL, Roy. Back in the day, players were on a match fee/weekly wage that COULD be supplemented by a win bonus. Some PT teams may still operate this system but it's been ditched by the FT ones. They use the SKY cash to build a big enough squad (within the cap - usually).

Were they to leave a bit of wriggle room for win bonuses it would present a dilemma. Every club wishes to be successful, but OMG, we're going to win too many matches, pay too many bonuses and go over the cap. Call for the coach. Tell him to play the (no bonus) kids for the rest of the season - hopefully everyone will be doing the same and our kids'll be better than theirs.

Salford got a 6 point penalty for breach. Leigh would get at least 10. The in crowd might get a 1 point bonus, to be awarded at a time of the RFL's choosing (ie when they are neither in danger of relegation nor in contention for honours.

Its annoying Charlie. I've been saying every week so far to let Gregson have a game,he can do the work of 5 men,why he's never been given game time I really don't know. We just keep sticking with the same,hoping something will change.
