Toronto still have Sims, Dixon, Sidlow, Ackers, Patterson, Bussey, Emmmitt, Westerman, Krasniqi, Hopkins and Whiting to pick from in their pack. Apart from Leigh, most of those players would be automatic starters at most Championship clubs, and no doubt further signings will follow....the wheels will really have to come off for them to miss the top 4.

We just need to put them in their place. Their pack isnt bad, but i dont rate their back line. Jukes will be on his way if we dont finish top because he has ABSOLUTELY no excuse !!

Irrespective of Toronto, we just need to beat them 3 times in the League. Fev will play some good stuff and it would not surprise me if they finish second. Toulouse will also have a say but no team will go unbeaten

I can see us starting the season slowly. We will lose 2 or 3 games while the team gels together. We have 15 players making their debuts on Sunday. No team can make that many changes to a squad and hit the ground running. Still think we will finish top but we have to have patience and not jump down the Coach/Teams throat in the first couple of months if we drop points.

Lighten up , it's just a game

You are right, and wrong.
It is just a game, but the special moments and memories I have of my Dad and Uncle when at the “games” happened because of the club that many fear may not be around shortly. And nobody official is letting us know that it is still in the game.
Leigh Rugby League Club is so much more than “a game”.

There will be a proffessional RL club in Leigh VL , my issue is to how some expect a certain level of team , or essentially they won't attend , we have no given right to be in SL , or at the top of the Championship ( that is our historical position ) , we might have a few years of struggle to come , but ultimately we will have some better as well
