Cory will probably be on a six figure deal, or close to it. That is a luxury not needed where we find ourselves, we can hold the cash and recruit for the 8's.Wish Cory the very best for whatever is next, good bloke and a great family

I have to agree with Maurice here. Cory has been a good servant for the Club but we have to be smart now with how we spend the salary cap allocation.

Well I for one hope it's true. Whether we let him go or vice versa the guy deserves a crack, and for me is good enough at SL level. Hope all goes well for him

When he was at Rovers, he was very hit and miss. Sometimes he looked a world beater going forward but in defence he was lazy. It was no coincidence that our best results came when he was injured. He retired and turned to Boxing after he left us and was offered back to us (we refused his services) a year later but ended up going to Salford.

Your problem was possibly not playing him in various positions. Wasn't the best centre,now half back..Well.

Cory has suffered one or two head injuries in the past season, and was out of the game for a long spell after the most recent one. I do have a worry about him continuing playing with that possibly hanging over him. Hope he's fully recovered and gets whatever he wants now. On the whole, he has been outstanding for us.

We played him in the back row 99% of the time iirc.

their are others i would move on over Pat TBH but we find ourselves in a situation where he is not required,

Cory has not given us good value for money IMHO. He misses a lot of games where his team mates will be willing to put their hands up in similar circumstances.
