| What would everybodys team be for the 8's after last night? Obviously we had a few missing but the lads who stood in did a fantastic job.
Gregg McNally has surely earned himself the number one shirt after last nights peerformance.
I think I would go with:
1. McNally
2. Brown
3. Crookes
4. Langi
5. Dawson
6. Mortimer
7. Drinkwater
8. Hock
9.Higham
10. Hopkins
11. Paterson
12. Stewart/vea
13. Burr
Bench
14. Pelissier (If he plays like last night)
15.Tickle (superb last night)
16. Maria
17. Hansen
Some good quality players missing there and we actually seem to have cover in all positions other than centre.

Tough choices to be made - especially if crookes and hock are ok but I have my doubts
Can see Brown going to centre in crookes place, Higson on the wing
McNally has always been good with the high ball, and poor with returns - he wasn't challenged tackle wise defensively but has earned the spot based on that performance

| There shouldn't be any changes to the team unless forced by injury or suspension now.

Personally I'd like to see it as we now have 3 more than competent halves, I've always been a Drinkwater fan and him and Mortimer controlled the game against Salford - but more than happy to see Reynolds step in if needs be (be it form or injury) as he has grown as the season has gone in. Certainly hope we keep hold of him, he could also learn a lot from Mortimer in training etc

Not sure Reynolds would be happy returning to the stands again Col or out on loan.

More a case of Friday being the first time in a long time that we've looked organised in both attack and defence, so don't see the point in making changes.

Ben could still have a big part to play, in the Middle 8's. Although I've been impressed with Mortimer's improvement, as he gets used to his new life/club. The guy is a non-stop bundle of energy and action, and that will rub off on his team mates. I think Drinkwater has to partner him now, as he seems more capable than most of organising the team.

I was talking to Ben yesterday and he said he loves the club and the set up at LSV and expects to play some part in the middle eights.
