Higson and Hood for me Derek, I'm not sure where Smith is.

Ian, I don't think Higham will do the full 80 so Hood would be in. Tickle didn't impress me at all last week,so he would be out for me.

Lee hasn't played since the win at Sheffield on 15th July. That's four weeks - quite a rest!

Charlie, Smith's behind the sofa with me. There's room for one more yet. Mrs Bongser is bringing pizza on a pretty regular basis and I've had the upholsterer fit a rack of optics.

You could be right Derek, but Mickey can play 80 minites no problem, which enables us to include another tackler,I don't think anybody can predict what Jukesy will do,I would definately include Hopkins,and I think Armstrong thinks he has something to prove, I can really see us winning the game,I can't wait.

imo bench looks light, no Fui will hurt us and Tickle needs a big game. Probably see Maitua start and Acton on bench though with the question of Dixon or Hood if Higham fancy's 80mins

No Moimoi is a blow. He adds something different and gives us huge go forward when he is on the field.

It didn't look good when he hobbled off after 10 minutes last week never to return. Hopefully he is back in contention soon.

When you look down Salfords 19 man squad it is miles ahead of anything we have had to face so far this season. We need to be bang up for this one and get stuck into them from the off.

Smith very unlucky not to be included. I would play Armstrong and include Dixon in the 17 - he is a tackling machine and as you have said - we will need to get stuck into Salford. Tickle and Tonga failed to impress so far and they would miss out for me.

I think that you are overestimating the dimensions of Bongser Towers, Charlie! I am completely unable to swing a cat, never mind a chaise longue in my lounge (see what I did there?) There is, of course, the fact that Mrs Bongser is well on her way to becoming a mad cat lady. She has, in no uncertain terms, made clear to me that, were I to try as much as a couple of practice swings whilst employing the services of Thai-Grrrrr, our (HER!) siamese, she would forthwith and for evermore deny me visiting rights to the beautiful little pussy.

Brown and Higson on the wings for me. Tonga and Armstrong at centres. Why play everyone out of position in the back line aside from McNally? Brown is a tall guy and big for a winger in general. May be useful contesting carney in the air, and hopefully keep him under wraps!

A few players under performed last week, Tickle, Hock, Remi but that's more reason to pick them this week.

Armstrong and hood to miss out for me, ten minutes either side of ht Micky off Riddy at 9 Paterson in the halves or even McNally at 6 or 9 brown to full back Dixon at centre.
