Great to see McNally back for the 1st time this season! Fash, Harper and Dixon all in contention, would like to see all 3 get some game time.

Well earned rests for Higson, Weston, Paterson and Drinkwater.

Weston especially has played every game this year doing big minutes and IMO has been the stand out player in the competition this season.

I would play our best available 17 provided none are carrying injuries. These lads are full time and only play one game a week.

We did that last season and they were knackered by the middle 8's

Last season PR played some who were carrying injuries. Why rest Micky Higham for example when he has just come back from a 3 game suspension.

So was mine Frank. Keep the best players fresh. Why play them every week? That's why we have a squad. Rugby players are always carrying an injury of some sort. Giving them a week off can only help.

I'd give higham a week off and play hood and burns at hooker, riddy and Reynolds in the halves

Whiting had an op on his finger on Monday. I'd do exactly the same re the halves and hookers

Well we have strength in depth considering Higson Worthington Drinkwater Weston Higham and Paterson did not play yesterday.

Liam Kay went off in the second half hope he's not too bad.

I was a bit disappointed with that performance on Friday. After winning the league there was two ways we could have gone. Trying out new moves, getting returning players used to playing & building on such a good performance against Fax. However what we seemed to do instead was take it easy & treat it as if it didn't matter, when we don't get the ball from kick off twice you'd think players would be much keener to ensure it doesn't happen again. Still Fui, Hock & Armstrong played well & had good games. I think like Foster Eze Harper needs to spend a year out on loan somewhere next season if we're intending to keep him.
