No Maitua this week, or Whiting.

Whiting was having an op on his finger I think. Maitua I suspect is simply having a rest.

Will be a tough battle as Fax will be well fired up , heard an interview on Radio Leeds last week in which he said they owed us one for the defeat at Fax.
We now need momentum and any rotating of places needs to be selective - we've been able to rotate all season so now some stability for what is going to be quite possibly the toughest 8's you could have imagined with Salford, Huddersfield and Leeds confirmed already!

Jenky , I totally agree about stability,on Sunday it will be a very hard game, I think Fax will fancy their chances of turning us over,we must play our strongest 17 players and look for these last 3 games to get a bit more continuity in the team,the middle 8s are going to be very tough, I think we can get to the MPG then anything can happen.

Sorry, where do we get this we have been able to rotate all season from? The rotation has been forced with loans used,the team picked it self most weeks through one thing or another.

The game at the Shay was two under performing teams.It's been pretty much the same since that match.

Momentum will come with sorting the 3 quarters out,inconsistent all season.

Talking of sorting out the threequarters, where is Jonny Pownall? I thought he had gone on loan to Oldham, but haven't seen his name on their team sheet yet.

Pownall was only at Oldham for one week - was not selected and came back to Leigh.

Thanks. He's not figured in any of our squads since, either. It's a pity because, along with Brierley and McNally, he's the only one with a fair turn of pace - something we are sadly lacking in our backs.
