Pala and Tonga are still weeks away and Worthington missed today through injury too although I am not sure how serious it is.

All 4 of our centres are now injured. Awful luck so early in the season.

Higson did a good job there today so hopefully Worthington will be back for next week to fill the other spot as options are getting thinner by the week in the 3/4's.

Dixon went off with what appeared to be a bad shoulder too and never reappeared. Not a good start on the injury front so far!

You can put Paterson and Matuai in the centres..... you could potentially stick Ridyard there as well

Ridy shouldn't be considered at centre. His defence isn't strong enough. Maitua and smith can both cover if needed

Iam sure Adam Higson played at centre for Swinton.

He also played centre for Leigh yesterday and had a good game.

I thought he had a cracking game on Sunday and playing him at centre for the next few weeks will be good for him, he is good in defence and getting more of the ball will show the fans how good he can be.

He played well,but with the departure of Pala one can only presume another is on route.

Higson did play well in the centre against Oldham, in fact I prefer to see him at centre than on the wing.

He used to play at centre & do OK, nothing special then moved out to the wing and was brilliant. Had a very good game at centre on Sunday though.

He was no where near big enough when he played centre before and got hurt a lot. He is a big lad now and getting bigger.

Hope he's being careful, you don't want him getting one of those career ending "injuries" like Penky got.

Like the other 8 or so that were "caught" last year - the RFL really are taking there time to ban them aren't they.

Maybe, just maybe, Higson is a dedicated player getting personal trainer advice on building up the right frame - but that couldn't possibly be the case could it

Play Hock at centre ,like Wigan do with Bateman and Tompkins .Which centre in our league would want Hock running at them out wide, and a few of the other Forwards could then get a run out.

Think Hanson and Paterson could fill in at centre if needed

Armstrong broken hand out for around 6 weeks Dixon out for a month with shoulder injury

Dixon is fairly easily replaced with Patterson back, running short of centres though if Tonga aint back soon. Higson/Worthington for Sunday or Higson/Maitua

Patterson was outstanding for Salford at centre last year at Catalans
