Bearing in mind that Salford's attendance at home to Leeds in SL was only 4000 & that the match will be televised, I estimate that approx 4,500 > 5,000 would be a decent number for this fixture.

Also, there doesn't seem to have been the hype of the Bradford game emanating from the Club.

Not sure, unless they are all going to watch the miners,as we play on Saturday..Hope you have your ticket..

4000. Televised, no season tickets, no free tickets and Salford have a poor following. It would be nice if there were more there though.

We'll be bringing a minimum of 1,500 and I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't more like 1,800.

Our away followings so far this season have been pretty good by our usual low standards. We had 1.8k against Warrington, about 2-300 at Catalan, I was mashed so don't remember Castleford, but it was robust and we had 1k against Huddersfield. I expect us to bring a minimum of 1.5k on Saturday.

You don't think 1500-1800 is a poor following for a SL team in the top 4, playing a team that should give them a game in the first round of the Challenge Cup? Really? Wow, you've been watching Salford too long!

No I don't. I doubt many other clubs would bring much more to this fixture, considering its on Sky and a Saturday afternoon.

Our last away game at Huddersfield saw 973 Salford away fans travel which is higher than the 770 Castleford and 501 Widnes took to the John Smith's season.

You'd be far better off worrying about the squad their bringing, not how many fans, it's the game that will get talked about, the attendance won't be important outside of Leigh

Club have just confirmed only 500 tickets remaining, which means we've already sold 1,500. We should therefore be looking at selling out the complete South Stand with circa 2,000 fans.

Can't wait for this game, much more exciting being up against the odds than a routine win over some of the lower Championship sides. Bring it on!

vickers said we had 2k allocated now Beaumont is saying the allocation sent to us was only 1.3k and Leigh have sold around 3.5k So I expect about 5.5k.
