Last few times I have been...shutters down, albeit usually on a Wednesday afternoon. (half day for some shops)
But went today (Friday) around 2pm, same thing !

I was in the market hall this morning buying my usual Saturday snap of a Dawson's Meyt and prayter and a Fishers pork pie.
I noted the club stall was open as usual. I hope this helps.
