Think this forum needs cheering up,so come on everybody let's hear what you are all having for breakfast before the big game tomorrow. I'll start it off and tell you that you can't go wrong with a big bowl of porridge, I will need something to settle the nerves tomorrow morning or I could take a chance and find somewhere who does a good fry up and treat myself.

Theres about 20 of us meeting at Weatherspoons at 10am oiling the vocal chords. We'll probably be the ones everyone's moaning about on Monday

Nothing is good for you these days but god a fry up with a couple of slices of thick warbles oh dear think I've talked myself in it, see what you have done now.

Slimming world style big breakfast for me most of he same stuff but cooked so there's less calories , 2 poached or boiled eggs 2 or 3 skices bacon all fat removed and grilled 1 3% fat sausage, beans, mushrooms grilled and a grilled tomato with a couple of slices of whole meal bread toasted . Yummy

A fry up must be cooked in lard

There is ONLY one meal to set you up for tomorrow , a HOT bowl of thick Minestrone ,followed by Genuine Italian meatballs and Spaghetti , or if not rich Ravioli , much better that the Rot served in Wetherspoons

Been to supermarket and got everything for a fry up sorry you lot have not put me off with your talk of fat and salt, I think your all getting soft and need to man up before tomorrow.i will say though I do draw the line at black pudding that's just disgusting.
