good on the players for going to sainsburys to drum up support from the under 16s with some free tickets.my lads team easts u13s have been on a mini festival today before the Salford v saints game.they managed to get to the final were we just got beat 5-2 by rylands.the point is the kids are buzzing and how hard would it be for leigh to plan something like this say in the summer when the kids have a break.
just another quick one how about say some of the leigh players could pop over (time permitting)to the easts sunday before home games and just shout the lads on perhaps the injured ones or u20s players.the buzz they would get would hopefully want them to play for their home town team.anyway I was working tonight so missed my lads first taste of a super league pitch.,hopefully he can step onto one again with his home town team.
anyone else any ideas how we can get the kids turning up more and more?
