Whilst sat was a great team performance it magnified how important Martin is to our team.

When he first signed I didn't think he was going to be good enough and I'm glad I was wrong.
So much of what we do well comes through him and he was brilliant on Saturday.
He has a great rugby brain and it is only a lack of pace that stops super league clubs calling.

Quite a few people mentioned it to me when I was at the Fev game the other week, but I really don't see a situation where Riddy would leave Leigh other than for a big Super League offer.

I think its in Ryan's contract that Riddy has to stay at Leigh.

Halifax have been linked with Riddy for almost as many seasons as we were linked with Penky.

Why on earth would @ridy6 want to leave us. He lives locally i guess, seems to love playing for us fans, and enjoys the company of the other players, has superb facilities at lsv, is working under a fantastic coach, and the club has a great bod/bom and a fantastic future. He,s going nowhere.

Re Riddy however I think he will stay at the LSV apart from our away games of course.

He's rumoured to be off to Batley, (Kain that is!!) with Gareth Moore going the other way.

Riddys vastly underrated, I think his game has got even better this year with Kes next to him and it's been his best season by far.

Im not sure he is underrated by people who know the game. He is quality through and through which Is why Fax would probably try and move heaven and earth to try and bring him to Fax but that means clearing some big wages...........

Partnering him with the best player outside SL in Murrell would have me creaming my pants.
