Why do we deserve referees of such a poor standard as this? Ruining this game.

EARLY ON maybe, but Sheffield 'walked' in for loads of easy/soft tries.
It was like we were playing a Super League side, when they got near our line....they scored. Truly awful display...worst home performance for years.

Rowley has been out coached and out thought by Aston and Powell virtually everytime we have played Eagles and fev since he has been in charge. It was back to one out and our old favorite the inside ball. In contrast they could get 4 passes away before we got near them.

I'm not a red caner at all. We disagreed with a few decisions and then lost our heads completely, conceded 3 tries and the game was gone.

Please explain the significance of the colour of a refs hair in relation to his ability to referee a game?

Poor crowd again, awful display but what really gets me is how can we ever get a decent crowd in this division whe u get 30 away fans , now I know this is stupid but why do the regular 300 supporters me being included travel to away games when only 2 or 3 teams bring any fans to the lsv , I know it's to support the lads but were helping to support every other club financially but no one helps us , think we need to stop putting money into other clubs.

In reality the Ref tonight DID NOT have a bad game, granted he and his linesmen may have made a couple of bad calls but 95% were correct. We completely lost our discipline because we were getting totally outclassed, out muscled, out paced and out coached. The players reacted to the crowds frustration ( a lot of which was misplaced ) with Mr. Stokes. We as Leigh fans must stop blaming the Refs every time OUR team under performs ( although I agree at Fev in playoffs he was a totally biased, inept, ginger

) but he wasn't tonight.

Other Clubs help you by bringing as many supporters as possible. Take Batley, my own club. Not great support but take a large % of our support away, just not as many as you. Its life in sport and happens. You do your team no favours with that attitude as no away support is not good ........ not that it seems to affect Sheffield mind!

The reality of last night crowd wise was that removing the away support of 5-10 there were probably 2-300 more leythers than there were for the previous 2 home games. How many will come back after that tripe is debatable

Actually Derek, I'd say there were nearer 50 Eagles' fans. Best visiting turnout so far, and not a bad effort for a Friday night. Will be take that many to Don Valley, when we go on a Friday?

oh we are smug twits aren't we. Some of the stuff that has been said on here recently and the attitudes of some make me think its time to join Starbug.

2 season tickets anyone as its becoming a very unpleasant place to be around, be it on the board here or on the terraces

If that was aimed at me then I was stating that we wouldn't of put off 2-300 new attendees that came on Friday as we weren't far off the other 2 attendances prior. Take a chill pill your acting like a vindaloo to a irritable bowel.
