Was pleased to read this earlier today. Glad Deano has got fixed up. Thanks for your efforts at Leigh lad. Good luck in your future career. Looks like we will be facing our 2 wingers , Deano and Clay, when we play Barrow next season. Should be a good league next year. Pleased that the three Cumbrian teams are in with us. At least their introduction, added to Leigh and Swinton, should dilute the Yorkie League a little bit.

Deano, never let us down. Good luck at Barrow and the highlight of your tenure was the Widnes try last season - fantastic wingers try taking the FB on the outside and burning him. Personally, sorry to see you go.

Walt being an OWD un i dont know what Choon means ?I also never said Mcgilvary did owt wrong , he was reliable , gave good service , and always did his best , but so does my Cairn Terrier , and i wouldnt have him on the wing either .

We need to improve next season to challenge Fev , and i think we will do , players come and go , spaces need to be made I have faith in Paul R , to make the right choices .

Think you'll find that BOTH ex-Leythers WILL take to the field together for Barrow.

Clay has put some size on I don't think he'll stay at winger in the long run

Plus, Barrow are describing Deano as a quality fullback. Every coach has different plans and ideas about players. Will be interesting to see where Adam and Deano fit into Barrow's plans next year. They won't be there to make the numbers up that's for sure. They want first team rugby and that will be one of the main reasons they have left Leigh.
