That was Wednesday news too, its not yet been resolved.

Has this farce not been sorted yet??? Its not Leighs fault I know but at this rate I wont be able to sort out work and will miss the game!!!

I'm going to struggle with work too. We are really badly short staffed for next weekend and so if i want any chance of getting time off for the match I need to know when it will be played as soon as possible to try and keep it free. Getting really stressed now and keep checking every 5 minutes expecting to find it's been announced.

RFL need to tell w*gan that if they can't come up with a solution by tonight then they will be forced to move. I will be fuming/gutted if I miss this match v Leeds

Just tell the BBC Wigan have to play Friday night....thats what they want after all. If the BBC continue to dig their heels in all 8 clubs should be sueing them for loss of advertising, loss of ticket sales, loss of corporate sales all due to a delay which we are assuming is caused by them.

It has gone on far too long, the RFL should have some balls and tell Wigan when they have to play, if they won't agree then award Saints the game. It will ensure that Wigan get their act together in future. And while they are communicating with clubs they should also tell Leigh & Leeds that they are playing Friday night.

I'd say the complete opposite. The BBC have the rights to show what match they want, WHEN they want. They have paid for the rights to do that. If w*gan can't play that at the DW then tough, it's their problem not the other 7 clubs. It's w*gan who are digging their heels in and don't want to move (which is understandable) but it's becoming more and more obvious that they will have to move but are refusing to accept it. To me that is what seems to be dragging this whole situation on and on and on. I can sympathise with with the situation from w*gan's point of view but this isn't just affecting them it's affecting EVERY club still in the comp and they can't let it drag on any longer.

People moan that Rugby League doesn't get enough exposure as it is, so no the BBC have had the CC games on Saturday afternoons for many years, Sky get second pick of the matches.
RFL need to tell Wigan move the game or else.
