That any forum moderator that is connected with a club may "appear" at least to have their impartiality compromised because of it perhaps??

It certainly presents a conflict of interests when the freedom to post within the AUP conflicts with the interests of the club. That's [ione[/i of the reasons I don't moderate any longer.

Same problems on the Fax site before where they forget that this is an unofficial forum rather than the club forum but posts and threads can be removed at the clubs requests.

Not implying anything exactly...... Although my original post is factual is n`t it?

MW works for the LSV i think, Fred is no longer a mod, i take photos yes but am not employed by the club.
Either way it means nowt as this is an unofficial board not run by the club. The club have no more control over it than any of you do.
If someone asked for something to e removed we would look at the reasons for and against and that act as we see appropriate, not the club.

FredParky takes off or locks any o/t thread that has a go at the police force even when they kill unarmed people.

If people are silly enough to put stuff on that could lead back to them so be it, but surely this is a rugby league messageboard and that topic would be put on another board anyway?

Look around the site folks, hardly rocket science and if I was a moderator I'd probably lock three times as many threads on this board so be thankful I have nowt to do with that side of things. As it is I will just browse and back off threads.

If I wanted to read about the police I wouldn't log onto RLFans that is for sure.

i myself have been criticised for my posts about non rugby subjects , but ionly post lighthearted messages , trying to lighten up the board , i dont think your Dad deserved this criticism .
