The last time i read anything about this ground,it was mentioned that it was only going to be part built due to finances.

Didn't Ireland RL get a few thousand through the gate when playing at Limerick the other week? Munster have got a HUGE support to tap in to and without the same prejudice towards RL that is sometimes prevalent over here from RU circles.
My main hope is that the final is at Old Trafford or Wembley. Get the games confirmed and the tickets on sale and let's showcase this great game of ours.

Disagree. Bristol have been the best 'new bid' and Ireland proved they mean business witha record crowd last time out. France will sell out all of their games without a doubt. The rest are in the Heartlands.
There are people on the VT calling it 'the northern world cup', so the RFL can't win with the fans. |
