I will push a cheque through at your's again over the weekend for the cost of one adult and one junior ticket (Mine and Sophie's) + a little for the saved petrol and pop on top.

If, however, the only thing that is keeping the club afloat is supporters' money, isn't it about time that the supporters actually had a say in the running of the club.

Surely the time is now right for a supporters trust instead of these random pleas for charitable donations?

Good on every fan who is doing this. I just hope next year we ensure all fans pay the relevant entry fee and if your in the ground you have paid to get in, irrelevant of who you are.

The extra funds needed are to get us through this year. Next season has a realistic budget that the club can afford and sustain. It's the short term that needs looking after, and quick.

As Leighonardo mentioned our lot are turning out to watch the final in a local hostelry or two on Sunday, so I'm sure we can mention it to them as well in case they want to do the same....

the free tickets which I saw being handed out in Leigh miners club on at least three occasions this season them free tickets ,for thursday night matches .

Good I hope those that got them enjoyed theirselves and if one of them starts coming it was well worth it IMHO

Those 'FREE' tickets were sponsored by The Cooperative as part of the contractual obligation to clubs being on TV, and have been 'discussed on here many many times.
