If Leigh are going to win the Grand Final fingers crossed, what do people think regarding different tactics, mental attitude, preperation, ect.?

Do the same as we've been doing all season. We might have lost on Thursday, but obviously that's been the exception to the rule considering how many games we HAVE won.

We need to get there first tho. Another team just as determined to get there is standing in our way yet.

While I'd love to win it we've ticked the box and the more important thing now is to sort the clubs finances out. If that can't be done then we'll never get a franchise anyway.

Having said that winning it can only help our financial situation of course.

To the tune of about £75k plus ticket sales! No pressure on the team there, then!

For reasons best known to the RFL, they don't think winning the league, over 20 games, counts for much. They'd rather reward a team for winning a couple of knock out games!

Last year I was never 100% we would win. I just feared that Matt Calland would stumble upon a game plan by accident to defeat us. I just didn't expect it to involve pyrotechnics!!

I just think we need to turn it into an arm wrestle, and keep them out for 25 minutes. Not seen us lose that type of game since catalans in the cup this year, and as those who were there know, perhaps we were a little hard done by in that game. I think a more defensive line up in the three quarters, something like 1.RHP 2.Maden 3.littler 4.higson 5.donlan with nanyn on the bench for impact perhaps? i think containment is the key.

Financially, the best policy is generally to lose in the final. No need to pay out silly winning money.

I remember Alf Walls shouting to me "Tony let that bloody scrum half know yer there". Thats what we need to do, let them know we are there and we want that trophy. We didn't do that last thursday.
