I dont see the point in short term deals at this stage of the season,maybe at the end of the season when players are tired and some fresh legs would be welcome.

Way too good for this league so doubt he's even coming in the short term, surely a team in SL would have him even if it was a bottom end team they can pay way more than we can!!

Seems to get on well with IM, who coached him at Saints. In his newspaper column this week, Ian was sympathising with him, although he stressed he didn't know what Gleeson had allegedly done. Apparently, they chatted on the phone recently, with IM asking how he was coping with the 'trial by media'.

From his experience, IM reckoned that Gleeson was keen to learn more about his game, and that he regularly stayed behind to do 'extras' to try and improver his skills.

Wouldn't surprise me at all, Martin may look at Leigh and maybe look at getting a part time job and may actually work out better off for him, thats they only reason Bibey signed for Leigh and why Hill didn't go to wire, the super league is not as appealing as it used to be as players can be on a decent wage in our league and have decent income from a part time job and be on more money than just full time in the super league
